What is this site and how does it work?

What is the purpose of this site?

We let the user set up check-ins. These check-ins ping the user to make sure that they are OK. If the user does not respond to that check-in, we sent the user's message to the numbers and/or emails that they set up ahead of time and deliver the user's message.

How does the site check-in with the user?

There are numerous options for this. You can choose to have an email or text sent at a given time that must be responded to within a time limit. You can also choose to have an alarm go off in the app.
